iShares S&P Global Nuclear Energy Index Fund (the Fund) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the S&P Global Nuclear Energy Index (the Index). The Index consists of approximately 24 of the largest publicly traded companies in nuclear energy-related businesses that meet investability requirements. The Index is designed to provide liquid exposure to publicly listed companies in the global nuclear energy business from both developed and emerging markets. The Fund invests in a representative sample of securities included in the Index that collectively has an investment profile similar to the Index. The Fund’s investment advisor is Barclays Global Fund Advisors.
