Description

The Clorox Company is a manufacturer and marketer of consumer products. The Company sells its products primarily through mass merchandisers, grocery stores and other retail outlets. It markets brand names, including its namesake bleach and cleaning products, Green Works natural cleaners, and laundry products, Poett and Mistolin cleaning products, Armor All and STP auto care products, Fresh Step and Scoop Away cat litter, Kingsford charcoal, Hidden Valley and K C Masterpiece dressings and sauces, Brita water-filtration systems, Glad bags, wraps and containers, and Burt’s Bees natural personal care products. The Company operates through four segments: Cleaning, Lifestyle, Household and International. Cleaning consists of laundry, home-care, professional products and auto-care products marketed and sold in the United States. Lifestyle consists of food products and water-filtration systems and filters marketed and sold in the United States and all natural personal care products.
