Delphi Automotive PLC is a vehicle components manufacturer. The Company provides electrical and electronic, powertrain and safety solutions to the automotive and commercial vehicle markets. The Company operates through three segments: Electrical/Electronic Architecture; Powertrain Systems, and Electronics and Safety. The Company's Electrical/Electronic Architecture segment provides design of the vehicle's electrical architecture, including connectors, wiring assemblies and harnesses, electrical centers and hybrid high voltage, among others. Its Powertrain Systems segment provides systems integration of gasoline and diesel engine management systems. Its Electronics and Safety segment provides components, systems and software for passenger safety, security, and infotainment, as well as vehicle operation, including body controls, reception systems, infotainment and connectivity systems, hybrid vehicle power electronics, passive and active safety electronics, displays and mechatronics.
