Western Asset Global High Income Fund Inc. (the Fund) is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s primary investment objective is high current income. The Fund’s secondary objective is total return. The Fund’s portfolio includes corporate bonds and notes, mortgage-backed securities, sovereign bonds, the United States Treasury inflation protected securities, collateralized mortgage obligations, loan participations, preferred stocks, the United States Government Agency obligations and short-term investments. It invests in various industries, including aerospace and defense, commercial banks, media, metals and mining, and oil, gas and consumable fuels. Its investment advisor is Legg Mason Partners Fund Advisor, LLC (LMPFA). It sub-advisors are Western Asset Management Company (Western Asset) and Western Asset Management Company Limited (Western Asset Limited).
