Giant Interactive Group Inc. (Giant Interactive) is an online game developer and operator in the People’s Republic of China (PRC). The Company focuses on massively multiplayer online (MMO) games that are played through networked game servers in which number of players are able to simultaneously connect and interact. The Company is internally developing its sixth MMO game and ZT Online II. The Company operates three MMO games, all of which it has developed internally. The Company also sells game points through its official game Website. ZT Online, ZT Online PTP, ZT Online Classic Edition and Giant Online together had 1,505,000 quarterly peak concurrent users and 556,000 quarterly average concurrent users during the year ended December 31, 2008.
