(doing business as Cariten Healthcare). On August 29, 2008, the Company acquired Metcare Health Plans, Inc. On May 22, 2008, it acquired OSF Health Plans, Inc. On April 30, 2008, the Company acquired UnitedHealth Group’s Las Vegas, Nevada individual SecureHorizons Medicare Advantage health maintenance organization (HMO) business.
