In August 2008, the Company announced the closing of its acquisition of Kler's Financial Data Service S.r.l. In December 2008, the Company acquired a 79% interest in NTT DATA Financial Corporation. In December 2009, the Company closed acquired the data and tools assets of Dow Jones & Company, Inc.’s Online Financial Solutions (OFS) business.
