iShares S&P U.S. Preferred Stock Index Fund (the Fund) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the S&P U.S. Preferred Stock Index (the Index). The Index measures the performance of a select group of preferred stocks listed on the NYSE, AMEX or the Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. The Index includes preferred stocks with a market capitalization over $100 million that meet minimum price, liquidity, maturity and other requirements determined by the index provider.
