WesternGeco provides reservoir imaging, monitoring and development services, with seismic crews and data processing centers in the industry, as well as a multi-client seismic library. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the Company and First Reserve Corporation acquired Saxon Energy Services Inc., a land drilling contractor with activity in North and South America.
