The products and services provided by the Voice, Data and Internet segment are local area, national long-distance and international communications, supplementary services, interconnection with other operators, data transmission (including private networks, point-to-point traffic, radio and television signal transmission), outsourcing of information technology (IT) solutions and Internet services. The products and services provided by the Wireless segment include local area, national long-distance and international communications, data transmission, sale of handsets, and value added services, such as call waiting, voicemail, short message systems and Internet access. On July 15, 2008, it acquired Cubecorp Argentina S.A. (Cubecorp).
