Description

Titan International, Inc. (Titan), through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the manufacturing tires, and combining these wheels and tires into assemblies for use in the agricultural, earthmoving/construction and consumer markets. Titan’s earthmoving/construction market also includes products supplied to the U.S. government, while the consumer market includes products for all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and recreational/utility trailer applications. Titan manufactures both wheels and tires for the majority of these market applications, allowing the Company to provide the value-added service of delivering complete wheel and tire assemblies. The Company produces a range of specialty products to meet the specifications of original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and aftermarket customers. It distributes products to OEMs, independent and OEM-affiliated dealers, and through a network of distribution facilities.
