White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd. (White Mountains) is engaged in the businesses of property and casualty insurance and reinsurance through its subsidiaries and affiliates. The Company operates in four segments: OneBeacon, White Mountains Re, Esurance and Other Operations. The OneBeacon segment consists of OneBeacon Insurance Group, Ltd. (OneBeacon Ltd.), which owns a family of United States-based property and casualty insurance companies OneBeacon), substantially all of which operate in a multi-company pool. The White Mountains Re segment consists of White Mountains Re Ltd. and its subsidiaries (White Mountains Re). The Esurance segment consists of Esurance Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries (Esurance). White Mountains’ Other Operations segment consists of the Company and its intermediate holding companies, its wholly owned investment management subsidiary, which includes White Mountains Advisors LLC, White Mountains Advisors LLC and Galileo Weather Risks Advisors Limited.
