The Company sells its services and products directly to businesses rather than directly to consumers. The Company operates in three business segments: Payment Protection, business process outsourcing (BPO) and Wholesale Brokerage. In January 2011, the Company acquired Auto Knight Motor Club, Inc. In October 2011, the Company acquired Pacific Benefits Group Northwest, LLC.
