Description

ACCO Brands Corporation is a supplier of office products to the office products resale industry. The Company designs, develops, manufactures and markets a variety of traditional and computer-related office products, supplies, binding and laminating equipment and related consumable supplies, personal computer accessory products, paper-based time management products and presentation aids and products. It operates in three segments: ACCO Brands Americas, ACCO Brands International and Computer Products Group. The Company sells its products primarily to markets located in North America, Europe and Australia. Its brands include GBC, Kensington, Quartet, Rexel, Swingline, Wilson Jones, Marbig, NOBO and Day-Timer. On June 14, 2011, the Company disposed of its GBC-Fordigraph Business. In May 2012, Meadwestvaco Corp completed the spin-off and merger of its Consumer & Office Products business with the Company.
