The Company provides gathering, processing, treating and compression services to producers under long-term, fixed-fee contracts. The Company�s assets are located in Arkansas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas and West Virginia. The Company operates in Barnett, Haynesville, Marcellus shales and Mid-Continent areas. Its assets gather approximately 2.8 billion cubic feet (bcf) of natural gas per day. The Company owns and operates natural gas midstream assets across seven states. It has an average throughput of approximately 2.7 billion cubic feet per day (bcf/d) and more than 3,700 miles of natural gas gathering pipelines.
