Feihe International, Inc. (Feihe International) is a producer and distributor of milk powders, soybean milk powder and related dairy products in the People�s Republic of China. The Company makes products that are formulated for particular ages, dietary needs and health concerns. As of December 31, 2011,the Company had over 200 company-owned milk collection stations, six production and distribution facilities with an aggregate milk powders production capacity of approximately 2,020 tons per day, and an distribution network that reaches over 80,000 retail outlets throughout China. In September 2011, the Company sold two of its former subsidiaries, Heilongjiang Feihe Kedong Feedlots Co., Limited (Kedong Dairy Farm) and Heilongjiang Feihe Gannan Feedlots Co., Limited (Gannan Dairy Farm).
