First Majestic Silver Corp. (First Majestic), is engaged in the business of silver production, development, exploration, and acquisition of mineral properties with a focus on silver production in Mexico. The Company has three operating segments located in Mexico, two development projects in Mexico, one retail market segment in Canada and one silver trading segment in Europe. The Company�s operations are within the mining industry and its products are silver dore and lead-silver concentrate. The Company has ownership of three producing mines in Mexico: the La Encantada Silver Mine in Coahuila State, the La Parrilla Silver Mine in Durango State, and the San Martin Silver Mine in Jalisco State. The Company also owns two advanced-stage development silver projects. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company acquired a property, Dolores. In July 2012, the Company acquired Silvermex Resources Inc.
