Ameresco, Inc. is a provider of energy efficiency, infrastructure upgrades, asset sustainability and renewable energy solutions for facilities in North America. The Company’s services include upgrades to a facility’s energy infrastructure and the development, construction and operation of renewable energy plants. The Company is also engaged in the development, design, engineering and installation of projects that reduce the energy and, operations and maintenance costs of its customers’ facilities. These projects include a range of measures, such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning and lighting systems customized for the facility. The Company also develops and builds small-scale renewable energy plants located at or close to a customer’s site. The Company operates in the segments, including U.S. federal, central U.S. region, other U.S. regions and Canada. The Company owns 70 offices in 33 states, five Canadian provinces and the United Kingdom.
