Its segments include portfolio, real estate operating and development business and its advised funds. On February 25, 2011, the Company acquired The Market at Lake Houston. On May 10, 2011, the Company acquired Brookwood Village. On July 6, 2011, the Company sold two non-core, single-tenant assets to a third party. On July 29, 2011, the Company acquired Alpharetta Commons.
