Administaff, Inc. (Administaff) is a professional employer organization (PEO) that provides Personnel Management System encompassing a range of services, including benefits and payroll administration, health and workers' compensation insurance programs, personnel records management, employer liability management, employee recruiting and selection, employee performance management and employee training, and development services to small and medium-sized businesses in selected markets. As of December 31, 2008, it had 51 sales offices in 24 markets. In April 2008, Administaff acquired USDatalink, Ltd., an employee screening services company.
