Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste, S.A.B. de C.V. (ASUR) is a holding company. The Company and its subsidiaries hold concessions to operate, maintain and develop nine airports in the southeast region of Mexico. The Company operates through segments, including Cancun Airport and Subsidiaries (Cancun), Villahermosa Airport (Villahermosa), Merida International Airport (Merida), Services and Other. The nine airports are located in Cancun, Cozumel, Merida, Huatulco, Oaxaca, Veracruz, Villahermosa, Tapachula and Minatitlan. As of December 31, 2014, seven Mexican and 81 international airlines, including the United States-based airlines, such as American Airlines and United Air Lines, were operating directly or through code-sharing arrangements (where one aircraft has two or more flight numbers of different, allied airlines) in the Company's airports.
