Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste, S.A.B. de C.V. (ASUR) is a holding company. The Company operates, maintains and develops nine airports in the Southeast region of Mexico. The Company operates its business through: Cancun Airport and Subsidiaries (Cancun), Villahermosa Airport (Villahermosa), Merida International Airport (Merida) and others. The Company’s nine airports are located in Cancun, Cozumel, Merida, Huatulco, Oaxaca, Veracruz, Villahermosa, Tapachula and Minatitlan. The Company’s airports served approximately 21.1 million passengers. Twelve Mexican and 84 international airlines, including United States-based airlines such as American Airlines and United Air Lines were operating directly or through code-sharing arrangements (where one aircraft has two or more flight numbers of different, allied airlines) in its airports. The Mayan Riviera is served primarily by Cancun International Airport.
