The Energy segment provides joint integrity products and services, as well as umbilical, rope and cable solutions to the global oil and gas, power generation and energy markets. The Electrical segment is primarily involved in the design, manufacture and distribution of a range of electrical products to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), solar, utility, marine and other harsh environment markets. The Engineered Solutions segment provides engineered position and motion control systems. In February 2012, it acquired Jeyco Pty Ltd. In March 2012, it acquired Turotest. In July 2012, it acquired Alfta, Sweden-based CrossControl AB.
