Its business is conducted globally in one channel, direct selling. The Company's segments are based on geographic operations in five regions: Latin America; North America; Central & Eastern Europe; Western Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Asia Pacific. It has centralized operations for Global Brand Marketing, Global Sales and Supply Chain. The Company's international operations are conducted through subsidiaries in 64 countries and territories outside of the United States.
