Bright Horizons Family Solutions Inc. is a provider of child care, early education and other services. The Company provides services under multi-year contracts with employers who offer child care and other dependent care solutions as part of their employee benefits packages. Its service offerings include center-based full service child care and early education; back-up dependent care, and educational advisory services. It operates in three segments: full service center-based care, which includes center-based child care, preschool and elementary education; back-up dependent care, which includes center-based back-up child care, in-home care, mildly ill child care and adult/elder care, and other educational advisory services, which includes its college preparation and admissions advisory services as well as tuition reimbursement administration and educational advising services. It serves children in the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Ireland, Canada and India.
