B&G Foods, Inc. (B&G Foods) manufactures, sells and distributes a range of shelf-stable food and household products. The Company complement its branded product retail sales with institutional and food service sales and limited private label sales. Its products include hot cereals, fruit spreads, canned meats and beans, spices, seasonings, hot sauces, wine vinegar, maple syrup, molasses, salad dressings, Mexican-style sauces, taco shells and kits, salsas, pickles, peppers, tomato-based products and other specialty products. Its products are marketed under brands, including Accent, B&G, Sugar Twin, Trappey's, Underwood and Vermont Maidand Wright's. It also sells and distributes two household products, Static Guard and Kleen Guard. On November 30, 2011, the Company acquired the Mrs. Dash, Sugar Twin, Baker's Joy, Molly McButter, Static Guard and Kleen Guard brands from Conopco, Inc. doing business as Unilever United States, Inc.
