As of December 31, 2012, the Company owned such fully consolidated subsidiaries as Banco Santander (Mexico) SA, Casa de Bolsa Santander SA de CV, Gestion Santander SA de CV, among others. In addition, Banco Santander SA, through direct and indirect stakes, was the Company�s majority shareholder.
