Description

Chicago Bridge and Iron Company NV (CB&I) is a Netherlands-based integrated engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services provider and process technology licensor, delivering solutions to customers primarily in the energy and natural resources industries. The Company reports three business sectors: Steel Plate Structures, which offers its services to the hydrocarbon, water and nuclear industries; Project Engineering and Construction, which is targeted at the upstream and downstream energy infrastructure facilities, and Lummus Technology, which provides licenses, services, catalysts and equipment globally to companies in the hydrocarbon refining, petrochemicals, and gas processing industries. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had a number of subsidiaries, such as A&B Builders Ltd., Atlantis Contractors Inc., CB&I Engineering Consultant (Shanghai) Co. Ltd., CB&I Houston 08 LLC and CB&I Lummus Deutschland GmbH, among others.
