Crestwood Midstream Partners LP (CMLP) is engaged in the gathering, processing, treating, compression, transportation and sales of natural gas and the delivery of natural gas liquids (NGLs) produced from the geological formations of the Barnett Shale in north Texas, the Avalon Shale area of southeastern New Mexico, the Fayetteville Shale in northwestern Arkansas, the Granite Wash in the Texas Panhandle and the Haynesville/Bossier Shale in western Louisiana. The Company operates in three segments: Barnett, Fayetteville and Granite Wash. In August 2012, the Company completed the acquisition of gathering and processing assets from subsidiaries of Devon Energy Corporation. On December 28, 2012, the Company as operator and 35% owner of Crestwood Marcellus Midstream LLC (CMM), announced that CMM acquired natural gas compression and dehydration assets from Enerven Compression, LLC. In January 2013, it acquired 65% interest in Crestwood Marcellus Midstream LLC.
