Description

Cinemark Holdings, Inc. (Cinemark) is engaged in the motion picture exhibition business with theatres in the United States, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama and Guatemala. The Company manages its business in two segments: United States markets and International markets. The Company owns 334 theatres and 4,457 screens in 40 states in the United States. The Company develops new platforms and market adaptive concepts for its domestic theatre circuit, including NextGen, CineArts, Cinemark Movie Bistro and VIP. The Company owns 148 theatres and 1,106 screens in Latin America which includes Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama and Guatemala.
