Cementos Pacasmayo SAA is a Peru-based company principally engaged in the production, distribution and sale of construction materials. The Company mainly develops cement blocks, limestone bricks, concrete and diatomites, among others. It operates facilities and mining units located in Pacasmayo, Rioja, Tembladera, Bongara, Bayovar. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Cementos Selva SA, Distribuidora Norte Pacasmayo SRL, Empresa de Transmision Guadalupe SAC, Fosfatos del Pacifico SA, Salmueras Sudamericanas SA and Zemex LLC. In addition, Inversiones Pacasmayo was the Company�s majority shareholder with 63.92% of its interest.
