Central Pacific Financial Corp. (CPF) is a bank holding company. The Company, through its subsidiary, offers service commercial banking with 35 bank branches and 112 ATMs located throughout the state of Hawaii. The Company’s business is to serve as a holding company for its bank subsidiary, Central Pacific Bank (the Bank). The bank engages in a range of lending activities, including originating commercial loans, commercial and residential mortgage loans and consumer loans. The Company operates in three segments, including Banking Operations, Treasury and All Others. The Banking Operations segment includes construction and commercial real estate lending, commercial lending, residential mortgage lending and servicing and consumer lending. The Treasury segment is for managing the Company’s investment securities portfolio and wholesale funding activities. The All Others segment consists of all activities not captured by the Banking Operations and Treasury segments.
