Description

Central Pacific Financial Corp. (CPF) is a bank holding company. The Company is holding company for its bank subsidiary, Central Pacific Bank (the Bank). As of December 31, 2012, through its bank and its subsidiaries, it offers full-service commercial banking with 34 bank branches and 116 automated teller machines (ATMs) located throughout the state of Hawaii. As of December 31, 2012, CPF had 27 branches on the island of Oahu. It operates four branches on the island of Maui, two branches on the island of Hawaii and one branch on the island of Kauai. Central Pacific Bank is a full-service commercial bank offering a range of banking products and services, including accepting time and demand deposits and originating loans. Its loans include commercial loans, construction loans, commercial and residential mortgage loans, and consumer loans. The Company operates in three segments: Banking Operations, Treasury and All Others.
