Crawford & Company is an independent provider of claims management solutions to the risk management and insurance industry, as well as to self-insured entities, with network serving clients in more than 70 countries. The Crawford System of Claims Solutions offers integrated claims services, business process outsourcing and consulting services for a range of product lines workers� compensation claims and medical management, and legal settlement administration. It has four segments: Americas, which serves the property and casualty insurance company markets in the United States, Canada, Latin America, and the Caribbean; EMEA/AP, which serves the property and casualty insurance company markets in Europe, including the United Kingdom, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific; Broadspire serves the United States self-insurance marketplace, and Legal Settlement Administration, which serves the securities, bankruptcy and other legal settlements markets, in the United States.
