On March 27, 2012, the Company combined the operations of its Berwick Offray LLC (Berwick) and Paper Magic Group, Inc. (Paper Magic) businesses. In September 2012, it sold the Halloween portion of its Paper Magic business to Gemmy Industries (HK) Limited.
