Capital Senior Living Corporation is the operator of senior living communities in the United States in terms of resident capacity. The Company provides senior living services to the elderly, including independent living and assisted living services, and also provides home care services at one of its communities. It provides independent living services to seniors who typically do not yet need assistance or support with ADLs, but who prefer the physical and psychological comfort of a residential community that offers health care and other services. It offers a range of assisted living care and services, including personal care services, 24-hour staffing, support services and supplemental services. The Company operated approximately 117 senior living communities in over 26 states with an aggregate capacity of approximately 15,200 residents, including 67 senior living communities which it owned and 50 senior living communities the Company leased. It also operated one home care agency.
