Caltex Australia Limited is an Australia-based company. On December 15, 2008, the Company acquired Malcolm Slater Pty Limited and Wonfair Pty Limited. During the year ended December 31, 2008, three biofuels and storage facilities at Banksmeadow terminal in Sydney, the Newcastle terminal and the Lytton terminal in Brisbane, were commissioned.
