Cenveo, Inc. is a diversified printing company in North America. Its portfolio of products includes commercial printing, envelope converting, label manufacturing and specialty packaging production. It operates a network of manufacturing facilities, serving a diverse base of over 100,000 customers. The Company operates in two segments: the print and envelope segment and the label and packaging segment. The Company�s print and envelope segment operates 48 manufacturing facilities in North America and India. It offers direct mail products used for customer solicitations and custom envelopes used for billing and remittance by end users, including banks, brokerage firms and insurance and credit card companies. The Company�s label and packaging segment operates 15 manufacturing facilities in the United States and Latin America. The Company produces a line of custom labels for a range of industries including manufacturing, warehousing, packaging food and beverage, and health and beauty.
