Description

Curtiss-Wright Corporation is a diversified, multinational provider of engineered, technologically advanced products and services. The Company designs and manufactures engineered, advanced technologies that perform critical functions in demanding conditions in the defense, power generation, oil and gas, commercial aerospace, and general industrial markets. The Company operates through three segments: Flow Control, Motion Control, and Metal Treatment. Its principal manufacturing facilities are located in the United States in California, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Texas, and internationally in Canada and the United Kingdom. In July 2014, the Company sold its Benshaw, Inc. business to Regal-Beloit Corporation.
