During the fiscal year ended September 30, 2008 (fiscal 2008), the Company’s homebuilding operations consisted of approximately 98% of consolidated revenues. Its financial services segment generates its revenues from originating and selling mortgages and collecting fees for title insurance agency and closing services. During fiscal 2008, the sale of detached homes generated approximately 77% of home sales revenues.
