DHT Holdings, Inc. (DHT), formerly DHT Maritime Inc., operates a fleet of crude oil tankers. As of December 31, 2010, the Company�s fleet consisted of three very large crude carriers (VLCC), which are tankers ranging in size from 200,000 to 320,000 deadweight tons (dwt0, two Suezmaxes, which are tankers ranging in size from 130,000 to 170,000 dwt, and four Aframax tankers, (Aframaxes), which are tankers ranging in size from 80,000 to 120,000 dwt. Its fleet operates on international routes and had a combined carrying capacity of 1,656,921 dwt and an average age of approximately 11 years as of December 31, 2010. As of December 31, 2010, the Company�s fleet included Overseas Ann, Overseas Chris, Overseas Regal, DHT Phoenix, Overseas Newcastle, Overseas London, Overseas Cathy, Overseas Sophie, Overseas Rebecca and Overseas Ania. The Company acquired DHT Phoenix on March 2, 2011.
