Drew Industries Incorporated (Drew) is a holding company. The Company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Lippert Components, Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively, Lippert Components), supplies a line of components for the manufacturers of recreational vehicles (RVs) and houses. Drew, through Lippert Components, also manufactures components for adjacent industries including buses; trailers used to haul boats, livestock, equipment and other cargo; truck caps; modular housing, and factory-built mobile office units. It has two operating segments: the RV products segment (the RV Segment), and the manufactured housing products segment (the MH Segment). The RV Segment manufactures and markets a variety of products used in the production of RVs. The MH Segment manufactures and markets a variety of products used in the production of manufactured houses. The RV Segment accounted for approximately 88% and the MH Segment accounted for approximately 12% of the total revenue of the Company.
