The Company is engaged in electricity generation through its companies, Itaipu, Eletronorte, Chesf, Furnas, Eletrosul, Eletronuclear and CGTEE. The Company is engaged in electricity transmission through a network of around 61,534 kilometers of transmission lines and 257 substations. The Company is engaged in electricity distribution through its distribution companies, Project Energia +, Eletrobras Distribuicao Roraima, Eletrobras Distribuicao Alagoas, Eletrobras Distribuicao Piaui, Eletrobras Distribuicao Rondonia, Eletrobras Distribuicao Acre and Eletrobras Amazonas Energia.
