Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte SA (EDENOR) is an Argentina-based company engaged, together with its fully consolidated subsidiaries Aeseba SA (AESEBA) and Empresa Distribuidora Electrica Regional SA (EMDERSA), in the distribution of electric power. The Company operates in a concession area, which comprises several municipalities of the Greater Buenos Aires metropolitan area. As of December 31, 2011, the Company also held a a 50% stake in SACME SA. In addition, Electricidad Argentina SA (EASA) was the Company�s majority shareholder with 51.54% of its interest. On April 5, 2013 it has completed the sale of a 100% stake in AESEBA SA to Servicios Electricos Norte BA SL (Servicios).
