Enerplus Corporation, is a Canda-based energy producing company. The Company is engaged in producing low-decline oil and gas assets, along with growth assets in resource plays with economics. The Company engages in oil and natural gas production. The Company has operating interests in properties including: Williston Basin, a crude oil property; Marcellus, a natural gas area consisting of non-operated Marcellus shale gas; Waterfloods, crude oil asset with properties producing formations of Glauconitic, Lower Mannville, Ratcliffe, Cardium and Lloydminster, and Deep Basin, has working interest in Stacked Mannville zones and Willesden Green region with liquid Duvernay formation. The Company also has undeveloped natural gas land position in the liquids Deep Basin area in Western Canada in addition to other conventional natural gas and oil production throughout the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.
