Entravision Communications Corporation (Entravision) is a diversified Spanish-language media company utilizing a combination of television and radio operations to reach Hispanic consumers across the United States, as well as the border markets of Mexico. It operates in two reportable segments: television broadcasting and radio broadcasting. It owns and/or operates 53 primary television stations located primarily in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas and Washington. Entravision is an affiliate group of both the Univision television network and Univision�s TeleFutura network, with television stations in 20 of the 50 United States Hispanic markets. As of December 31, 2011, revenue generated by its television segment accounted for 68% and radio segment accounted for 32%. It generates revenue from sales of national and local advertising time on television and radio stations. On January 3, 2011, it acquired Lotus/Entravision Reps.
