Exterran Holdings, Inc. is a natural gas compression business and a provider of operations, maintenance, service and equipment for oil and natural gas production, processing and transportation applications. The Company's segments include North America Contract Operations, International Contract Operations, Aftermarket Services and Fabrication. The North America contract operations segment provides natural gas compression services. The International Contract Operations segment uses its fleet of natural gas compression equipment and crude oil and natural gas production and processing equipment to provide operations services. The Aftermarket Services segment sells parts and components and provides operations, maintenance, overhaul and reconfiguration services. The Fabrication segment includes fabrication of natural gas compression and oil and natural gas production and processing equipment.
