Description

Forum Energy Technologies, Inc. is an oilfield products company, serving the subsea, drilling, completion, production and infrastructure sectors of the oil and natural gas industry. The Company operates in two segments. Through the Drilling and Subsea Segment, the Company designs and manufactures products and provides related services to the drilling, well construction, completion, intervention and subsea construction and services markets. It also offers subsea technologies, including robotic vehicles and other capital equipment, specialty components and tooling, a range of complementary subsea technical services and rental items, and applied products for subsea pipelines. Through the Production and Infrastructure Segment, the Company designs and manufactures products and provides related equipment and services to the well stimulation, completion, production and infrastructure markets. It supplies flow equipment, production equipment and valve solutions.
