Comfort Systems USA, Inc. (Comfort Systems) provides heating, ventilation and air conditioning installation, maintenance, repair and replacement services within the mechanical services industry. The Company has 38 operating units in 72 cities and 86 locations throughout the United States. The Company operates primarily in the commercial, industrial and institutional HVAC markets. It also provides specialized applications, such as building automation control systems, fire protection, process cooling, electronic monitoring and process piping. Certain locations also perform related activities, such as electrical service and plumbing. During the year ended December 31, 2011, approximately 99% of the Company�s consolidated revenues were derived from commercial, industrial and institutional customers and multi-family residential projects. During 2011, approximately 43% of its revenues were attributable to installation services and 57% to maintenance, repair and replacement services.
