Fluor Corporation (Fluor) is a holding company that owns the stock of a number of subsidiaries. The Company through its subsidiaries, is are one of the professional services firms providing engineering, procurement, construction, fabrication and modularization, commissioning and maintenance as well as project management services on a global basis. The Company serves a diverse set of industries worldwide including oil and gas, chemicals and petrochemicals, transportation, mining and metals, power, life sciences and manufacturing. The Company’s business is aligned into five principal segments. The five segments are Oil and Gas, Industrial and Infrastructure, Government, Global Services and Power. Fluor Constructors International, Inc., which is organized and operates separately from the rest of its business, provides unionized management and construction services in the United States and Canada, both independently and as a subcontractor on projects in each of its segments.
