Federal Signal Corporation, designs and manufactures a suite of products and integrated solutions for municipal, governmental, industrial, and commercial customers. Federal Signal Corporation and its subsidiaries operate 11 manufacturing facilities in six countries around the world. The Company operates in three segments: Environmental Solutions, Safety and Security Systems and Fire Rescue. Environmental Solutions is a manufacturer and supplier of a range of street sweeper and vacuum trucks and waterblasting equipment for municipal and industrial customers. Safety and Security Systems is a manufacturer and supplier of systems and products that law enforcement, fire rescue, emergency medical services, campuses, military facilities and industrial sites use to protect people and property.
