In February 2013, it announced the sale of its remaining 49% interest in its joint venture with Comcast, which includes NBCUniversal (NBCU), as well as the NBCU floors in 30 Rockefeller Center. In June 2013, GE Oil & Gas of Italy, a unit of GE's GE Infrastructure Inc subsidiary, acquired Salof Cos.
